On the left is a picture of my mock up music magazine and on the right is an actual NME magazine front cover. As you can see mine is of a much less quality compared to the NME magazine as the NME has a better font quality and picture quality, also the NME's font is more consistent. The NME also fills up its page more. My magazine includes all the expected codes and conventions of a front cover of a music magazine such as cover lines, a barcode and pugs.
